About Linda McRae
While working behind the lens, I can become so absorbed in the process that I lose all awareness of time, my environment, and the people around me. When I capture an image that really works, I feel a kind of "click" deep inside my core. I describe it as "... click goes the shutter, click goes my soul." Thank you for visiting. Linda...I was just looking through some of your images and have been loving all of them...but this one really caught my eye. For some reason, I just love images that capture the decay of the physical world around us... and this image is especially poignant. I love the soft light, the lace and the peeling paint and weathered wood. Lovely! f/v

Love this one too.

Thanks for comment on my post about my painting called " At The Shrine ". Sometimes I like to do paintings using soft realism with glazes of oil paint over some acrylic. The photo here of yours is really beautiful, the earth tones in the lace and wood, very nice.
